Clinical Supervision
I supervise therapists who are working toward their clinical licensure, as well as more seasoned clinicians, with a focus on exploration and the development of insight in their practice. The supervisory relationship functions to create space for critical reflection and empathic connection as supervisees come to better know themselves as clinicians and find their voice in their work. This entails looking closely at the content of what happens in sessions, while placing emphasis on the process of the dynamics that are being enacted. Above all, supervision is a place to be held in the nuance of our work and to be curious about how we are showing up for others.

Consultation for Therapists and Agencies
I have over a decade of experience providing consultation for therapists, agencies, and workplaces interested in increasing their capacity to provide affirming care to LGBTQ clients and community members. My previous work includes lecturing in theoretical and practice-oriented university settings, offering trainings for healthcare providers, and developing protocols for improved LGBTQ care in mental health settings. I also work individually with other therapists on specific case consultations to offer insight and guidance on issues such as: writing letters of support for gender-affirming care, exploring countertransference about identity-related matters, allocating resources for clients who are transitioning, and cultivating a practice that prioritizes inclusivity and openness to difference.
